Eleven Months

It is totally crazy to me that in ONE month, Olivia will be ONE! How did that happen?! ONE whole year! 

Eleven months has been interesting so far...Olivia is walking all over and has the bumps and bruises to prove it!  Poor baby gets owies all the time but she is getting more sturdy everyday.  Thank goodness because today, she fell head first into a book shelf and got a big red swollen eyebrow and about an hour later bit her tongue so bad it was bleeding down her dress :(.  Since she has started walking, I have been trying to find her some shoes that she can actually walk in.  This has been almost impossible for a few reasons: First of all, she has the smallest feet ever! She wears a size 2 (3-6 months!)  It is hard to find shoes for walkers in that size.  Her feet are also fat :).  Just like her brothers', her feet are almost as wide as they are long!  And, she needs sandals, or something that breaths because it is SO hot.  I finally found what I think will work but they are a little bit big so she'll have to grow into them.  They are Salt Water sandals. Cute, comfortable and will stay on her feet! 

Olivia's latest favorite toy is a phone.  She puts it to her ear and says "oh".  It's so cute!  The boys get really into it and pretend to talk with her.  Olivia is loving books these days too.  She has always liked being read to, but lately she likes to be the one to hold the book and turn the pages.  We have to keep an eye on her because books are also her new favorite chew toy.  She literally chews the spine of the book off!  She can get some good chunks off with all of her SIX teeth!  Yep SIX!  Four on the top and two on the bottom.  We are noticing that Olivia can be a bit of a drama queen sometimes.  Yeah, I know-that's going to be fun in about 12 years!  Haha!  Love seeing how every month is different. It is so amazing how much they change and grow in the first year!
